You can visit the service office in Eindhoven without an appointment on Mondays from

• 9:30 am to 12:30 pm and

on Thursdays from

• 9:30 am to 12:30 pm
• 13:30 pm to 4 pm

From Eindhoven central station

Leave the station on the city side and turn right. Cross the 18 Septemberplein and turn left onto Emmasingel. Continue on this road. Emmasingel becomes Keizersgracht. After about 200 meters you will see the Hooghuis building on your left. This is your destination. Please report at the reception desk.
